Arrive Williamson Tunnels 10am /Albert Dock 12-30pm /Coach leaves 5pm

Heritage thro’ the Dark Quarter by Lawrence Greenwood

Circular walk thro’ Blackley/Old Lindley/Jagger Green

Meet 2pm opposite Four Lane Ends House at foot of Blackley Road

Robin Hood walk at Wentbridge near Pontefract with Eric Houlder

Meet in Wentbridge Village on northside of river past Wentbridge House Hotel…

Eric will meet us there at 7pm…as last year it’s a walk/drive tour ending up at a pub

‘Chat in the Hat’ at the Canon Winter Rooms at All Saints Church.

This is a Forum/discussion….we all put a question or subject about Elland into a hat and one is pulled out randomly and we discuss the question…between us we are a mine of information and it could prove to be very interesting…. Pay on the night £2 per person + £2 per person for refreshments afterwards…Starts 7pm – 10pm

 ‘Ted Hughes Mytholmroyd’ with John Billingsly.

A walk around Mytholmroyd in the places that inspired Ted Hughes poetry. There is a second part to this next year dealing with Sylvia Plath….Meet at 7-15 at Mytholmroyd Station at the foot of the steps to the Eastbound Platform (Leeds)…there is Car Parking on the Station approach or in the church car park…the walk is scheduled to finish at 9-45…Non-members £2

Meet at All Souls Church just before 7pm…£4 per person pay on night..Sorry but there are no facilities within the Church to provide refreshments so flasks/drinks ok…
